Besides, it also contain micronutrients  such as calcium (钙), phosphorus (磷), iron (铁), sodium (钠), potassium (钾), iodine (碘) and 18 types of amino acids (氨基酸) which some of it cannot be manufactured by human body and must be obtained through dietary sources.
